7reelz Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the 7reelz platform operated at 7reelz.cam ("the Platform", "the Website", "7reelz"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 7reelz ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating a 7reelz account, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in full;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located;
• Are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• Are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person, of 7reelz or any affiliated company.

2.2 These Terms incorporate by reference the 7reelz Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and any game-specific rules displayed on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any incorporated document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

2.3 7reelz reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify your acceptance of these Terms at any time.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use the 7reelz Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. 7reelz performs age verification during registration and reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. 7reelz does not intentionally offer services to residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7reelz accepts no liability for any breach of local law by players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, 7reelz is required to verify the identity of all players. You must provide requested KYC documentation promptly when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card).

3.5 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one account on the 7reelz Platform. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited. 7reelz employs technical and manual detection methods to identify and close duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, 7reelz may, at its absolute discretion, permanently ban the player from the Platform and report the matter to PAGCOR.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7reelz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 7reelz support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 7reelz will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 Account Responsibility. All bets placed and transactions conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized them. In the event of unauthorized access, 7reelz will take reasonable steps to investigate but makes no guarantee of reimbursement for losses incurred.

4.3 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 7reelz may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as detailed in the current fee schedule. Inactivity fees will be clearly communicated via email prior to application. Accounts with zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed at 7reelz's discretion.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 7reelz account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, 7reelz will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance net of applicable fees. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7reelz currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Payment methods may be added or removed at any time. The available methods at the time of your transaction are displayed in your account wallet section.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and reflect in your 7reelz balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the banking institution's clearing schedule.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and may vary by player tier. Current limits are displayed in the deposit interface. 7reelz reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing timelines are:

• GCash and PayMaya: Same business day for standard accounts; priority queuing for Gold VIP and above; instant processing for Diamond VIP members.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): One to three (1–3) business days subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

5.5 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) the player's real-money balance meeting or exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold; (c) the absence of pending wagering requirements on any portion of the requested balance; and (d) satisfactory completion of any AML checks required by applicable regulation.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on the 7reelz Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). 7reelz does not charge currency conversion fees as transactions are natively denominated in PHP. Any conversion fees applied by your payment provider or financial institution are not the responsibility of 7reelz.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. 7reelz is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments. 7reelz may require additional documentation for large transactions, flag and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and decline or freeze transactions pending investigation without prior notice to the player where legally permitted to do so.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Promotions") offered by 7reelz are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. By accepting any Promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable multiplier for each Promotion is stated in the offer details. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Full contribution rates are listed in the Promotions section of the Platform.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All Promotions have a defined expiry period during which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not cleared wagering requirements by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the account.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions. 7reelz reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using automated software or strategies designed to exploit bonus structures; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially; or any other conduct intended to circumvent the fair purpose of a Promotion.

6.5 VIP and Loyalty Program. Participation in the 7reelz VIP loyalty program is by invitation or qualification threshold as defined in the current program documentation. 7reelz reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or alter the structure of the VIP program at any time with reasonable notice to affected participants.

Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 7reelz Platform is governed by its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information, accessible within the game interface. In all cases, these Terms take precedence over individual game rules in the event of a conflict.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on the 7reelz Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. RNG certification documentation is available on request. Live casino games use physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by trained dealers under continuous camera surveillance.

7.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, software error, or any other technical issue that affects the outcome or display of a game, 7reelz reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. This clause applies to all games on the Platform including live casino, slots, sports betting, and bingo.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a player experiences a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the applicable game's disconnection rules. For live casino games, disconnection does not automatically void a placed bet — the outcome will be recorded and reflected in your account upon reconnection.

Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7reelz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, including deliberately triggering malfunctions;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sports events, or any form of cheating in sports betting markets;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activities;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information to 7reelz during registration, KYC, or any other process;
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing legitimate deposits made to the Platform without the express written consent of 7reelz;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location;
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7reelz staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 7reelz Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, game software, and interface design ("Content"), is the exclusive property of 7reelz or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or create derivative works based on the Content.

9.3 The 7reelz name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the property of 7reelz. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data

10.1 7reelz collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 7reelz.cam/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10.2 7reelz complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform or as required by law.

10.3 By registering on 7reelz, you consent to receiving communications via your registered email address and mobile number, including promotional materials, account notifications, and responsible gaming alerts. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings.

Responsible Gaming

11.1 7reelz is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to assist players in maintaining control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and mandatory break periods.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude for defined periods (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Excluded players will be blocked from re-registering.

11.2 7reelz cooperates with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry. Players who have self-excluded via PAGCOR will be blocked from accessing the 7reelz Platform. If you have self-excluded through another platform and wish to extend that exclusion to 7reelz, please contact our support team.

11.3 If you believe your gambling has become problematic, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools and to seek assistance from professional support organisations. 7reelz support is available 24/7 to assist with activating any responsible gaming tools.

Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7reelz's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to 7reelz in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 7reelz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; gaming losses resulting from technical malfunctions or service interruptions; or any damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

12.3 7reelz makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by 7reelz. 7reelz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 7reelz is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive; (c) 7reelz has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) 7reelz decides to discontinue the Platform in whole or in part.

13.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination for breach, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balance net of any outstanding obligations will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any required AML or KYC verification.

13.3 Regulatory Suspension. 7reelz is obligated to comply with all PAGCOR directives. If PAGCOR instructs 7reelz to suspend or freeze a player's account for regulatory reasons, 7reelz will do so immediately and without liability to the player for losses resulting from that suspension.

Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 7reelz customer support to seek resolution. 7reelz will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint via email to [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures.

14.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 14.2, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7reelz Platform.

14.4 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, you agree to resolve any dispute with 7reelz on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class or representative action or proceeding.

Amendments

15.1 7reelz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7reelz will provide at least seven (7) days prior notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the 7reelz Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 4.4.

15.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at 7reelz.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made.
